ACCREDITATION
In order to inculcate a sense of belonging, competitive spirit and camaraderie amongst JSSites, the school is divided into four houses. Every house is headed by a House Mistress/House Master and supported by House Captain/Deputy House Captain and Four House Prefects.
To spread awareness amongst the students about the environment and wild life conservation, the four houses are named after the famous birds, namely:
Falcons
(Green)
Flamingoes
(Red)
Hornbills
(Blue)
Macaws
(Yellow)
The main objectives of the House System are to:
Ensure that children are more involved in Co-scholastic activities (Cultural/Sports/Performing Art) Provide quality care from the House Teachers.
Inculcate a distinct set of values from their respective houses which will help them to form strong personal values.
Develop a strong voice in decision making.
